Laura Turner is passionate about helping people embrace exercise and movement as a way to improve their health and well being. She found strength training when she was cheerleading, in her junior year of college and has continued to embrace weight training throughout her life. She incorporates functional exercises into her physical therapy programs and encourages her clients to use strength training to maintain their movement health after they are done.
