I enthusiastically recommend Laura Turner, PT DPT CFSC of Move Better!
I came to Laura with two goals, they were to increase my mobility and improve my functional strength. I signed up for three months of personal training on a weekly basis. We did all of our sessions on Zoom. I was amazed at how easily that worked. We used my home gym equipment without any problems.
I can say the program she designed for me was specifically suited to me, matched my body’s needs and worked! It was well thought out and clearly backed by years of practice and continued learning. Laura is an amazing Physical Therapist!
I had been unable to touch my toes for more than 20 years following an old back injury. I can now touch my toes easily! My core is so much stronger, I had been experiencing aches in my knees and hips and also struggling with plantar fasciitis. That has all resolved with the mobility and strengthening program she prescribed and updated frequently. I had thought it was all a normal part of the aging process, it was really weakness and immobility. My body was aging sooner than necessary.
Do your body a favor and let Laura help you to help yourself get into your best possible functional state. You won’t regret it.
As you move thru this challenge, you'll learn exercises and self assessment tools that will improve your balance, posture and how you move. This will help you achieve the goal of being a healthy cheerleader, who can stay cheering as long as you like, without INJURY
