Are Injuries Sidelining Your Cheerleaders? Discover Proven Strategies to Keep Them Performance-Ready.

This is the Injury Prevention 5-Day Challenge that will give you the tools to reduce injuries in cheerleading.

Cheerleading is one of the most demanding sports, but injuries shouldn't hold your athletes back!

Does this sound familiar?

❌You constantly deal with injuries that force your cheerleaders to sit out of
practices or competitions.

❌You're frustrated because injuries keep slowing down progress and affecting
skill development.

❌You've tried stretching routines and injury prevention tips, but they don’t seem to make a real difference.

❌You worry that your cheerleaders aren't strong or stable enough to handle
stunts safely. The truth is most injuries in cheerleading can be prevented—IF you know how to train the body correctly.

But here’s the problem:
Most coaches and athletes are given outdated advice that doesn’t address the
real issues. Stretching alone won’t prevent injuries. Strength, stability, and proper movement patterns will.

✅That’s why I created the 5-Day Injury Prevention Challenge—to help coaches, parents, and cheerleaders like you learn practical, easy-to-implement strategies that reduce injury risk and improve performance.

The Difference

Do you frequently have cheerleaders who miss practice due to pain? Are you frustrated because your cheerleaders aren't progressing? Do you teach exercises but get stuck when your cheerleaders struggle with good form?

There are other programs that will teach about safety in cheer, but this challenge is different. It is not just about stunt progressions and proper surfaces.

I recently attended an online workshop by Dr. Laura Turner focused on strength and conditioning for cheerleaders. I found Laura and the workshop to be helpful and informative in adding to the best practices for health and safety of my athletes. She was responsive to the specific needs of my team with suggestions for exercises in our limited space. I have followed her on multiple platforms and always find useful tips to incorporate into our strength and conditioning. I strongly recommend new and seasoned cheer coaches to follow her to keep up to date on the latest research and training in our sport.

Dr. Laura Turner’s webinar was very helpful and informative. I’ve always found that the warmups that a lot of high school cheer teams do are outdated, they’re similar to what I did as a high school cheerleader about 15 years ago and even then they didn’t seem to be the most effective and aren’t necessarily focused on injury prevention and the best ways to use different muscles, etc. the webinar was very thorough and provided a lot of information that was new to me, and also helped me understand the reason why we want to be doing things a certain way which is helpful when making a change to something that has been done a certain way for so long. She gave a lot of specific approaches and examples that I can now use with my team, and answered all of the questions I had before during and after the webinar. I would highly recommend all cheer coaches join one of her webinars or conferences and follow her on social platforms as she posts a ton of helpful and specific content.
