This 5-Day Challenge is designed to provide information regarding common injuries seen in cheerleading, exercises to reduce injuries specific to position, common compensations that lead to injury, the need for proper warm ups, cool downs and a strength program, how performing a movement screen can reduce the risk, and what to look for when progressing skills

The Difference
