Laura Turner, PT DPT CFSC

Laura Turner is the Cheer PT. She has been involved in cheerleading for over 40 years. She is passionate about helping cheerleaders progress their skills, reduce injuries and love cheerleading for life.

She is the owner of Move Better Physical Therapy and Fitness in Central MA. Laura is the host of the Cheer Athlete Podcast and the author of the book, Strength and Conditioning for Cheer Athletes
