Strength, Conditioning and Stretching

8 week strength and conditioning program designed to get you ready for fall cheer season.

Workout out on your own time.

Body weight and equipment based workouts included.

Laura has been involved in physical therapy and fitness for over 30 years. She is passionate about helping people who move progress their skills and hit PR's, reduce injuries and love exercise for life.


Laura Turner is also, The Cheer PT...she believes in bringing a positive outlook into every program.
